Can I get a spray tan?

Do I need an appointment for UV tanning?
We operate on a walk-in basis so there is no need to worry about appointments. With 18 units, there is rarely a wait to tan.
How often can I tan?
If you are free of overexposure, you may tan once every 24 hours according to FDA regulations.
I didn't get any color after my first tan, why can't I tan longer?
Tanning is a gradual process and it may take a month or more of regular tanning (about every other day) to achieve a base tan. We adhere to FDA & OAC regulations and base your exposure time on your skin type and equipment manufacturer guidelines. There are no guarantees when it comes to the tanning process but our goal is your satisfaction! Adding an 'acrylic safe,' or indoor tanning lotion will help you tan faster and nourish your skin in the process.
Why can't I use the same lotion I use at the beach?
Tanning lamps are shielded by covers made of special acrylic that allows the UV light through. If a lotion is not labeled as 'indoor' or 'acrylic safe,' we ask that it not be used. If the acrylics come in contact with outdoor lotions, regular moisturizer or baby oil, they will no longer allow the UV light to pass through and the effectiveness of the tanning units will be greatly diminished.
My spray oil is labeled as 'indoor' lotion, so why can't I use it?
Unfortunately, this creates a dangerous situation, as our floors are sealed etched concrete, and become slippery from over spray. Please help us keep everyone safe.
